Oklahoma only dropped one spot last season after Army took them to Overtime in week 4.

If you're ranked 20th at the beginning of the year, and you beat 2 teams that are ranked #15, I bet you wouldn't move up as high as another team that was ranked 10th and beat 2 #15 teams would be.

It's all in where you start off.
