Doesn’t the Liberty Bowl seat 58,000? That would mean 14,000 empty seats, which seems implausible.

Yeah... We’ve got issues counting. It sure felt like more.

Coaches will kick the players asses all week.

Film will brutal, lol.

1-0 and offense knows they have a ton to clean up.

Win-win.

I hope they spend a lot of time studying the playcalling. Specifically the passes on 3rd and 4th for short.

Yeah, those are puzzling.

There was a Cleveland Browns scout sitting next to me writing on a notebook. When asked just said he was watching a few defensive players and one offensive player

Had to be watching Patrick Taylor on offense.

I think I saw him in the Ole Piss crowd with a red checkered shirt, a pair of pink seersucker pants and penny loafers.

Fake news. He came by F-199 and was dressed nothing like that. B is all Tigers.

Should have left looking at least at 3, Taylor, Coxie and Gainwell on offense.

Yuck. I wanted to watch the replay but i think I'll pass now

Those announcer dudes had a lot of good things to say about us and our Memphis too..They actually weren't overly bothersome, especially compared to BB commentators.

There was an interesting blurb on our humanfridgerator box...

The replay is mandatory, imo. lol

Exactly. A certain segment of fans will always say the refs were screwing us and the announcers were disrespecting us no matter what. If they had only mentioned Ole Miss one time throughout the entire broadcast the same people would still be saying how they were thumping for Ole Miss. The refs were fine, the broadcast was fine.

You have to take into account the tarped off area.

RE: ***Official Memphis vs Mississippi Game Thread*** (8/31)
on gainwell's slide to basically end the ole miss game

after the usa game this week, watched the florida vs kentucky game

with about a minute to go, florida had the ball up 22-21 and kentucky was down to one timeout

the florida player ran for a 1st down but continued for about 50 more
yards to score a touchdown, which put florida up 29-21, but did not end
the game

kentucky got the ball back and had the CHANCE to score a td and go
for 2 to tie the game

what i am getting at is the florida player should have went down like
gainwell to end the game instead of giving kentucky a chance to win the game

was gainwell's action his own or just good coaching

That Florida kid seriously risked the game. That should have been discussed in the huddle.

Much like that late, garbage last second touchdown that South Carolina scored against Alabama that covered the huge spread. what a money swing.

Correct, that was a low IQ play, especially considering how Kentucky was marching down the field on them on that series. I kept the game in question until the very end, whereas he could have just ran out of bounds and then take the victory formation for the win.
