A few interesting tidbits:

- Yani Curry (achilles) and Jaela Johnson (ACL) are both lost for the season.
- Had all kinds of good things to say about Beacham both as an athlete and a leader. Also lots of good things to say about Santucci.
- Said Whitaker is extremely physical and is not only a solid defender/rebounder, but can play facing the basket and hit a jumper when needed.
- Said the incoming freshman class is the most prepared to move right into college ball of any other class she has had, except 1.
- Thinks she has more depth than she has had in quite a while.
- Said the offense is well ahead of the defense right now, and every player on the roster has the ability to be an offensive threat.
- When asked to name one of the freshman who stands out, she said Wiard. Talked about how physically fit she is (said she won the fitness test run) and that she's prepared to step right in and contribute.
- Revealed an interesting tidbit that the MAC hand-picks the cross-divisional games to try to optimize schools RPIs.
