American: UCF, Temple, Memphis, SMU, Navy
MAC: none
Mountain West: Boise State, Wyoming, Air Force, New Mexico, Hawaii, San Diego State
Sun Belt: Appalachian State, Georgia State, Troy

Any of these that go unbeaten will be a threat for it. If it comes down to similar resumes it’s probably clear that the AAC or MWC team likely has the edge given league strength and reputation.

Based on recent reputation Boise, Memphis, and UCF likely have a small edge thus far.

Hawaii has two P5 wins which helps and SMU is playing a very tough noncon which could be a big help to them. In a battle of one loss teams Cincy would hold a good hand with the UCLA win and despite the margin an understandable loss to tOSU.

Hawaii have been known for beating PAC 12 and Big 10 teams for a long time. They do get cred up there.

Next weeks G5 and FCS against P5.

Washington State at Houston
New Mexico at Notre Dame big coup if unbeaten New Mexico takes down ranked Notre Dame.
Hawaii at Washington
Stanford at UCF
Northern Illinois at Nebraska
Eastern Michigan at Illinois
Maryland at Temple
Chattanooga at Tennessee
Furman at Virginia Tech
The Citadel at Georgia Tech
Air Force at Colorado
Georgia Southern at Minnesota
Colorado State at Arkansas
North Texas at California
Cal. Poly at Oregon State
Duke at Middle Tennessee State
Arkansas State at Georgia
NW La. State at LSU
Idaho State at Utah
Texas at Rice
Montana at Oregon
2-0 Lamar at 1-1 Texas A&M
UNLV at Northwestern
Oklahoma State at Tulsa
Bethune-Cookman at Miami, Florida
SE Louisiana at Ole Miss.
Louisville at Western Kentucky
SE Missouri State at Missouri

Bold are possible wins against the cartel 5. I put Chattanooga in is they are more like SBC teams like Appalachian State and Georgia Southern. This could be another trap game for Tennessee.
