I've heard they have the best tailgating in the SBC. I haven't been to Cajun Field since I was in the band back in the late 00s.

Isn’t it ULL and ULM for the LA schools in the Sunbelt? Or is that just some weird pet peeve folks have here.

RE: Liberty @ Louisiana
The Cajuns have to win this game or we lose credibility in showing we are an improving team. Liberty has been competitive with many good teams, so we know it can be close. If we control the line of scrimmage and not try to get cute and end up turning the ball over at critical times, then we should come out with a win at home.

Geaux UL!

Long story made short, ULL was approved to become Louisiana athletically and University of Louisiana at Lafayette academically like North Carolina is University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. And ULM is still ULM..

Yes.

It's Louisiana and ULM for the Sun Belt Conference, after those official names, it's whatever each message board fan wants to use at any given moment.

RE: Liberty @ Louisiana
Liberty just doesn't have the depth they need right now. That really showed up in the second half with the intense heat and humidity. Temp was about 115 on the field with the turf.

Cajuns rushed for over 400 yards and had nearly 600 in offense. Both Ragas and Calais went over 100 and both had single digit carries.

Three missed field goals, a touchdown called back because of penalty and a turnover in the red zone kept this game from being a total mismatch.

He had to have an emergency back surgery for a herniated disc, mainly because he also got a staph infection in his blood that also attacked the disc area.

I’m serious, the man looked like death walking through the FBO. We were waiting to takeoff for the fly over when he came through. He did have a plethora of beautiful young attendees with him.
