Tulsa was a last add to CUSA and a last add to the AAC (which was so bad you drove away the C7). Please stop.
Facts are, the big east quietly inquired if Tulsa would be interested in a football only arrangement as part of the western wing. Tulsa was not interested in splitting sports.
ECU jumped at the opportunity and only reluctantly was allowed all sports.
Tulsa was invited to both the newly forming CUSA and the Super WAC 16. We chose poorly. Then used our fall back option. Where we won more conference championships than anyone during our time there and more than any with any shared time member.
See the repeating theme here?
Last add WAC. Last to add CUSA. Last to add AAC. See a theme here? You're the fat kid on the playground getting picked last every time.
Who just wins and apparently pisses in your cheerios.
Still got NYD bowls and College World Series.
ECU? Never and nope,
Got an NYD bowl just as much as "Tulsa" and twice the fans that show up. Small school with a small fan base that's chosen last. Just facts
Really you have an Orange? Sugar? Rose? Cotton? Fiesta after the BCS? Peach after the CFP?
No you don't have any of those. You like USF don't have a NYD bowl.
Also unlike Tulsa and Tulane you don't have a college world series.
Really you stick out like a sore thumb in this conference, zero history in any major sport.

Top 150 teams of all time Man you'd think the hallowed tales of Tulsa's multiple "Big Time NYD Bowls" would put them somewhere on this list... Guess they don't really count for much, kinda like Tulsa does today...

CNN hasn't been legit for 12 years now.
Total fake news, very low ratings, that I can tell you.

Hmmm, so you're getting jealous and throwing a tantrum like a toddler for stuff that doesn't count?
Ok
Go tell your teams to win something, any of them, doesn't even have to be football, basketball, or baseball. Just win at something, women's lacrosse will work in a pinch
Just stating facts about your "Big Time NYD Bowl" games in the 40s that you seem to think mean more than little ole ECU NYD game in 1992. No ECU fans were beating their chest but some Tulsa fan had to make a declarative statement as to what "counted as a NYD bowl" ,as if they, Tulsa of all teams, were the gods of football. Tulsa? Really?
Interesting fact about the time frame that Tulsa went to their Big Time NYD Bowl Games, "Nearly 200 colleges in all abandoned the sport (college football) in 1943."
Soooo let me get this straight, Tulsa was on a NYD bowl tear during a time no one was playing because of the draft and World War 2
Yeah, those count.

Seriously, just stop with the NYD bowl game pretentiousness.

Are you still whining about ECU not having a NYD bowl?
I didn't read your response. Your kicking and screaming are distracting...
