Georgia State led the entire second half. "needing a comeback to win" is a bit of a stretch.

GSU trailed by 17 in the second quarter. No, you guys didn’t need to go to a no-huddle in the last five minutes to pull it out, but a three-possession deficit definitely requires a comeback.

FWIW I mostly made the point to draw the Furman/furry wordplay

You should learn to moderate your LOLs.

Think you laughed at the guy who said Ga. St. wouldn't be coming out of WMU with a win.

Tennessee is bad as I said. We wouldn't know how good Georgia St. was until later. Now we still don't know from one horrendous week, but they aren't going to be competing for a NY6 slot. That's for sure.

So would WMU put 100 on Tennessee-Chattanooga?

No need, Knox College dropped most athletics in, like, the late 90's.

The acrimony! LOL Georgia State wouldn't beat either team that played on that field.

1) you guys suck bigly
2) acrimony flows in one direction as only one of us has posited any ridiculous school mergers.

Even though GT's AD never returns phone calls from GSU, I wish GSU/GT games in basketball and football happens annually. Both teams could buy some good publicity in the city, boost attendance, and make some money for the athletics.

It's my understanding that you had the chance after the hurricane cancelled the UCF game, but Georgia State insisted the game be played at Georgia State. That was a non-starter.
