1. Freshman Flight should have been called off if only twenty kids signed up for it. Looked absolutely awful and embarrassing to see that little student support in the event.

2. Lower-priced concessions are great, but waiting thirty minutes in line isn't. We need to have some stands around the walkway, not just the ones built into the place. And why don't we have people walking the aisles trying to sell drinks and snacks? This seems so basic.

3. Walkout was dreadful. One of the worst we've ever had. We just gathered by the goal post and sat there awkwardly until they blew the cannon. No tunnel, no band to run through. It was plain bad. There's gotta be something we can do better with this.

4. I'm not a fan of the kids out on the field at halftime, but if you're going to do it, commit to it. What I saw tonight from this was so halfhearted and awkward that it had no place even being attempted.

5. Despite the work McClain and Co. have been doing to make the Rock more fan friendly, fans haven't bought in. Yes, you can say we had 31k there tonight, but 7k of those, if not more, were Alcorn fans. There was a time hosting Alcorn provided our largest crowd at the Rock ever. If we're playing Texas State, it's a 22k crowd. That's not going to cut it. Something's gotta give and we gotta get fans back somehow.

Win. And look good doing it.
Find a dual threat QB and play him. Nothing goes further than that.
And there seems to be a few of those out there if that’s what we wanted.

I hear you on #3. Only home game I get to is during Thanksgiving week when I visit family in Miss. It's always Senior night, so I always assume the entrance is changed.

I go to a lot of VA Tech games, since my oldest goes there. After experiencing their entrance, nothing really compares. But, USM could do so much better.

Here's some good. Jaylan Adams has 1.7 million views on his punt return.

This is the fastest I have ever seen anyone run on a football field.

that JA had a horrible game against moo-moo...

so that didn't matter in scope either, eh?

1.7 mm views against a swac team....ummmmkay...that'll fix everything....

#jfc

do you understand the concept of starting field position....our special teams couldn't have performed any worse with the exception of not allowing any kick returns after our inconsequential scores....

If we can find a dual threat QB that is actually a threat to the opponent, then I'm all for it. However, it seems 90% of so call "dual" threat QBs are more than likely defined as follows: Threat #1: Can run the ball and pick up yardage when play collapses, however there is a high turnover rate due to holding the ball like a QB instead of a RB. Threat #2: Has the arm to throw the ball from Hattiesburg MS to San Francisco California, however when throwing the ball to San Francisco, it lands in New York 50% of the time. 03-banghead04-cheers

They are out there. Maybe we have one on the sidelines but don’t have the talent in shorts to develop him quickly. Our coaches are in the same area code of development as our players more than likely. When they figure it out they will leave and get paid 5x more. Just the way it is.....

Take as an example Ogeron. Couldn’t be a head ball coach for chit until he finally understands he needs an offense. He’s got the money to go buy some NFL type guys and all the sudden he doesn’t seem such a bad coach. Funny how money buys you nice things.....

That video is up to 4mill views. He did have a nice TD catch against MSU though.
