Yall remember. When Memphis would have lost
Choked this one away. Played hard and lost.

I do.

Frick you ole miss. Frick you SEC.

We beat the refs and that ole miss ass and it was a real home game.

40 years

I can now rest in peace.

Frick you ole miss. Glad youre gone.

Just curious, how did we beat the refs? I know Magnifico got away with a few false starts.

I thought the PI call was, well, questionable.

Refs weren't bad. We made enough mistakes to keep Ole Miss in the game. Only questionable call was the PI on TJ Carter. Whoever is number 67, me and him would take a special trip to the Liberty Bowl for a long run up the bleachers.

I once saw a starting offensive tackle jump offsides the first four plays of the first game of the season. The quarterback then got a penalty for kicking him in the butt.

Can anyone remember a time where we had the depth to replace a starting CB, a high rotation DE, lose a starting S in the 1st half, lose two starting OL, have your starting RB miss multiple series, lose a starting DL for some of the second half (I'm probably missing a few) and STILL pull out the victory?!

We have better depth than anytime I can remember.

And the offense only scored 13 points and we still win?

The worst call was the holding on gainwell that resulted in a int. Gainwell was the one being held by the defender and he was the target of the screen. Should have been holding on ole miss.

Yep. Gainwell was called for holding when he was being tackled.

No, we really are bigger, stronger, faster and deeper than we ever have been.

Not saying we're better but definitely look like a D1 football team.

Yep, 67 (who I've never heard of) had FOUR false starts called on him.

I hope we have someone better to replace him.
