Anybody got a clue ....
What should be three top basketball teams in the MAC ...

Buffalo is a given, but after that I don't know.

MAC has been a 10-12 RPI League the last few years. Yet I see a MAC 15-seed in (very early) preseason NCAA Tournament projections. That projects as a RPI 18-22 league???

Is the league really going to be that bad???

So I beg the question .... ANYBODY GOT A CLUE!!!

My guess is that the MAC is down in FB and will be so in MBB this year.

For mid-majors, G5, etc. bad (times) often follow good (times).

Seeding isn't married to quality of league. It's just tied with quality of rep.

OVC is often 20+ RPI league but has usually been an 11-12 seed thanks to Murray St and Belmont.

No team will be UB of yesteryear but BG, Ball State, Toledo and new UB will all be talented. I'd give BGSU the pre season nod. Toledo if EDU didn't tear his ACL.
