Yeah, that one and Penn State-Idaho...Vegas fell asleep at the wheel with those two.

Wyoming looking strong with a two score lead late in the 3rd against Mizzou. That'd give the MWC 4 wins against the P5.

Gonna be another long year for Arkansas. They survived against Portland State 20 to 13. Wondering how long Chad Morris will keep his job?

West Virginia almost fell to James Madison 20 to 13.

I like Colorado St to beat Arkansas Twice in a row this season completing the sweep.
Morris should be canned if he loses again (at home) to Colorado St

Laughable Scores - 2019 Football - Week 1
One footnote from last week:
Army(-23.5) 14, Rice 7
It was 7-7 from Q2 until late in the 4th.

*Just wanted to go back and get this on the record in case it’s our season highlight

People have gotten overly-excited about Army. Yes, they have improved, aren't the abject doormat that lost 12 in a row to Navy or whatever it was, but they aren't 2004 USC either.

Army has no business being favored by 20 over any FBS team.

Arizona and UCLA, by no means historic PAC bottom-dwellers, looked lost against not very good Hawaii and Cincy teams.

The PAC needs Oregon to beat Auburn, badly.

Can you define not very good teams? Is that a definition usually reserved for 1 game?

Let me guess: You think Cincy looked impressive in winning over a P5 Power, and this is a Great Thing for The Bearcats and the AAC? And on the basis of One Game, right? No?

OK, I'll concede: Maybe UCLA is really a top 20 team and is going to win their next 10 games. It's just that the Nippert Bearcats are a top 10 team who are going to the Cotton Bowl while whining UCF style about being left out of the playoffs, so the game was the result of a very good team just happening to run in to a great team.

That's possible. But I doubt it. We shall see.

Just as I thought deflection and spin. Can you define not very good teams?

"Cincinnati" = Not Very Good Team.

So i guess with Miami of Ohio looming next week, Cincy decided to keep their powder dry vs Ohio State and their Big Guns locked in the Arsenal again today?

Just kidding SteveR, couldn't resist. 04-cheers
