Scoring and rebounding
Well, fans, with a few days remaining before our football team beats the RebelBlackBearLandSharks,

Who do you think our basketball team's highest and second-highest scorers will be? Who will be #1 and #2 in rebounding?

I'll start:
Scoring:DJ Jeffries, followed by Tyler Harris
Rebounding:Wiseman, followed by Lester

Should have at least 5 guys averaging double figures in scoring.

I like your prediction. But I think Precious will be number two in rebounding.

We have not even glimpsed what we will look like.

I don't think it will be an every game same guy production. We will see different guys get hot. It's going to hard for anyone to average over 30 minutes a game.

RE: Scoring and rebounding
Scoring - Precious, DJ or Boogie
Rebounding - Wiseman, Precious

Watching Precious play in high school and all star games he was relentless in getting shots up and didn't shoot a horrible percentage.

Most efficient...Wiseman maybe Dandridge if we don't put a minimum number of shots on it.

It's really hard to tell about Precious. He only averaged 14/7 his senior year of high school. Wiseman averaged 26/15 his senior year and got double and triple-teamed for much of the season. It's going to be hard for teams in college to double-team him with the talent that surrounds him.

I agree if the team is disciplined and efficient in feeding Wiseman he will lead the team in scoring. I just don't see him having the opportunities to lead the team in scoring. That is why I pointed out Wiseman likely will be the most efficient...He just wont get enough shots to lead the team in scoring.

Precious can get the ball at the 3 point line and get to the lane on his own.

Only shot 12 3s in senior year. Maybe he can start his move closer to basket.

Harris never met a shot he didn’t like. If he is our leading scorer, we are not having the season we expected.

And maybe we are. If Harris leads us in scoring I could see him shooting 3's still when the game is no longer in doubt. That's his game and he plays that way regardless of score. If he Lester and Boogie are hot then we will blow some teams out.

Oftentimes your best FT shooter will pick up 2-3 ppg over the season with games where you lead (but not a blow) and other team fouls to try to get back in it.
