I don't know if I think this is harsh, just right, or merely a slap on the wrist. Also not sure what I think when comparing this with the UNC stuff. Any thoughts?

I think it's probably about right for something they self reported. Yet, what UNC did was for a number of years, much worse and traceable to the bursars office and yet they got nothing. So there's that too.

Missouri got totally hammered and it seems like for less than either MS State or UNC. Waiting for the ruling on the appeal.

Yes you absolutely did. It used to happen all the time to Auburn. Bear would get caught giving impermissible benefits and he would skate while Auburn got hammered for some really trivial stuff. The NCAA has always been as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

I didn't see the dates of the period these infractions occurred. Given the timing, it must be pre-departure of Dan Mullen.

That’s why I’m wondering how long Florida will stay out of the NCAA infractions office.

Florida is probably going to have all sorts of reasons to fire Mullen, NCAA infractions or not.
