Golden opportunity
Not often will an SBC-level coach have an opportunity like Walker has this year. We have a 6-10 true sophomore who put up numbers as a freshman comparable to the best big men in school history at that stage in their careers. We have an athletic power forward who is now a junior who blew the single-season FG% record totally out of the water and has demonstrated that he has the athletic ability to be a consistent major headache for opposing coaches down low. We have an incoming 6-10 juco who averaged a double-double last season and had 90 blocks. Throw in 7-0 and 6-11 for depth, plus a group of talented 6-7 players, and this ought to be as formidable a front line as we have had in my tenure as a fan.

Great opportunity. Let's not blow it.
