College football is back today!

And to Texan Mark my guide lists ESPN, SECN, and ACCN as carrying the game.

There are people who follow college sports for the realignmentology and don’t watch the games. Say a prayer for them because it’s now their worst time of the year.

I have been watching Game Day for two hours now.

Like those guys or not, they reflect the spirit of the season, college football season!

Game Day is the sole non active gameplay that I watch on ESPN. Mel Brooks is great with head gear. No more realignment threads, thank goodness. The only negative now is the AAC fans moving themselves up in classification.

just turned on CBSSN and heard the CBS music.

Good grief, the NFL is only on week 3 of the preseason. Florida-Miami is a super massive match up already, could deal a near death blow to one playoff contender.

Saturday, Aug. 24 (Eastern time)
Villanova at Colgate – 12pm, CBSSN
Samford vs. Youngstown State – 3pm, ESPN
Florida vs. Miami (FL) – 7pm, ESPN
Arizona at Hawaii – 10:30pm, CBSSN

Villanova slamming Colgate 27-0.

Must be a lot of Syracuse fans there rooting for Villanova to stick it to their old rival.

I’m at the samford Youngstown St game. Drove 3hrs up from Tallahassee. Dang is it hot. That’s all I got to say.

I'm less than an hour from there and when I did my 2 miles plus this morning at 6:00 AM it was already 80% humidity. Thankfully at that time of the morning it's cooler, but I needed gills today.

Need to understand why Miami and Florida are able to play the game today. Neither play at Hawaii to my knowledge.

Two crappy performances by the teams, vastly inconsistent officiating both ways, and one butt ugly game between two teams neither of which should be ranked in the top 15.

Florida finally beats Miami 24-20.

Very sloppy, as to be expected in an opener. But Florida looked nothing like a top 8 team.
