Thank Goodness. I don't know if I could have handled another UCLA type game again.

Yea. If you believe in long range weather forecasts, I would love talking to you about investing in my pyramid scheme.

Why are you constantly negative about everything and towards everyone? I said ‘so far’

“So far” is not how weather works. It pisses me off because the morning of game forecast is often wrong. Case in point: Consensus forecast: 70 w/ sunshine and 7 mph westerly winds. Middle of tailgate (with shorts and short sleeves): 60 degrees, mostly cloudy and 15-20 mph winds from NORTH. MY CAJONES SHRIVEL.

When you have been to a 200ish tailgates, you will think back and say that old b*****d was right.

I was at that UCLA game and the stadium ran out of water. Will they let you bring water into the Liberty Bowl now?

I believe part of the reason for running out of water for that game was that there was a hurricane that hit part of the U.S earlier in the week and a limited amount was allotted for the game as the rest was sent to the disaster area. I think it was for Houston

All the water faucets still worked didn't they? They just ran out of bottled water.

That was fake news. Someone with the city or with LBMS put that out to deflect, but it wasn't true. They ran out of ice, cokes, and gatorade too. If they planned a water shortage, they should have stocked up on other items and also they should have let you bring your own water. They didn't.

Besides, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in TX and LA a full 3 weeks before the game. There was plenty of time to restock, as I know even the local grocery stores had plenty of water by game week. Hurricane Irma made landfall just a week before the game (still time to restock), but it hit the Florida Keys and that's usually a little far out of our range to divert local supplies.

You ever tried taking a faucet to your seat to sip on to stay hydrated?

At least this time wasn't as stupid as his argument about the first 5 minutes of a game deciding it, and using the example of a player blowing out his knee.

Here's a thought. Take your empty water bottle to the Head and fill it with water.

I'm thinking he could use a chill-drip.

When a chill pill just won't do.

They were out and I didn’t have one in my back pocket. Guess I could have bought another $10 beer (w/tip) and drank it and got further dehydrated but then has a container for fountain water. The worst consessions I’ve ever seen are at Ole Miss and they don’t care. Many stay in the cool narrow concourses.
