Not specified yet.

I have a feeling they’ll probably start out with cans this year, maybe a couple of SoPro options mixed in with domestics- they already do SoPro at some events on campus. (I also wouldn’t count out Chandeleur out of Gulfport making a push to get on campus too, I believe they’re USM grads).

If I were making decisions, I’d probably push Aramark to make an investment in redoing the concession stands over the next few years. (God knows they need help) which would then outfit them to handle draft beers as well. Also, I’d pursue looking at an exclusivity/rights contract with a major domestic. Also pursue placing “mini draft wagons” at areas around the stadium- similar to what MGM Park does and then possibly working towards a full fledged “beer garden” on top of the South Endzone replacing part of the To The Top Terrace.

Doubt it will be cans. Those could become thrown objects which would cause sales to cease immediately. My guess is draft in stadium cups.

Jeremy said on JT show it would be aluminum bottles.

Also said they would take the top when it is served.

Be sure to take a couple different sized tops in the game with you.

How awesome is it that the SEC is going to allow their schools to serve, but USM beat Moo U and Ole Piss to the punch.. I'm sure they'll have the moral high ground if they choose not to serve alcohol at their games.

Credit the new AD and his hiring. Knew that was a good choice and already paying dividends. Amazing the difference between what a really good AD can do, compared to a pathetic one.

Both are located in dry counties outside city limits. They couldn’t legally serve alcohol unless the county changes the law.
