Jim Brown is one of my favorite NFL RBs.

Forgot about LeShon, 1st team All American and finished 6th for Heisman his SR year. He should be on that list too.

I loved Jake Coffman, I thought he was humble and carried a huge stick, or M60. So many players to list, my list would be pages.

Although, I appreciated Brown, Johnson and Robinson long before YouTube existed.

Favorite lists are completely subjective. No right or wrong. But for me to have rooted for someone and followed all of their career is going to have them up higher in my favorites than some player’s highlights that represent less than 1% of their career. I love watching leshon Johnson highlights. But knowing what Beebe went through and struggled with made every catch of his very rewarding.

Leshon Johnson was fun to watch. I remember seeing him back on campus (at the old Molly's) after he graduated in a red Corvette. The license plate read "NIU USA".

This guy definitely needs to be on the list! Youtube him and see why if you are too young to remember!
We've been friends since before he started playing at NIU. I had him in classes the year before he played. Got to know him well. He visited me up in Tulsa a few years back here in this photo!
