In 1939, the 2x National Champion Chicago Maroons quit.

Was it a Curse of the Color?

The Blues, Reds, & Orange all won championships since.

The craziest thing about the University of Chicago is that it played its first football game as a school before it conducted its first lecture.

The Big Ten made that place.
