Not CAA, but looks like Lafayette is currently 1st in the Patriot league. 3-7 overall, but 3-1 in conference

And Colgate beat Fordham Saturday. Fordham and Georgetown are at the very bottom of the PL but I heard we should play them over Campbell, who is 8-2 (3-1) in the Big South.

Georgetown hasn't had a winning record, in a weak conference, since 2011.

If Georgetown had a better stadium I think it would be a decent H&H with how many DC alums we have, similar to the American basketball game.

Don't be surprised to see Albany at or near the top of the CAA at season's end. They have a very favorable schedule the rest of the way.
URI, Maine, UD, UNH, and SBU? That's 2-3, at best (my opinion anyway).

RE: CAA Football 2019
Towson dominates us last week to keep their playoff hopes intact, then give up a FG inside a minute to lose at home to Elon, 25-23. At 7-5, assume they are out, along with 6-5 New Hampshire. If Albany can hold on at Stony Brook, looks like JMU, Villanova and Albany representing the CAA. Crazy league.

I'd be kinda surprised if the CAA only gets 3 bids, I bet at least one of Towson/UNH are in

Edit: Good thing I'm not a gambling man

FCS went 3-111 vs FBS this season with the most notable win being The Citadel over Georgia Tech in OT.

Towson deserves to be out. The egg they laid at Elon was inexplicable.

I think the DL who had the pick 6 is our decommit.

That OPI is quite possibly the worst call I've ever seen. Like bookmaking bribe investigation bad.

My God, you weren't kidding. If that was the end to a W&M playoff game, good chance I would have broken things. If anything, the defender had the receivers arm. Should have been a no-call TD.

I can't get that link to run. They have probably disabled it after too many people were referencing it in disgust.

Two points:

1. No W&M Tribe follower should ever be surprised by news of football playoff officiating shenanigans in the great state of Louisiana. No one here remembers the holding penalty late in the playoff game against McNeese State?

2. Everyone knows that I hate corrupt officiating. But if there was ever a team that was a recipient of it that would cause me to say "ho hum" and not care --- then it would be Villanova. I know that everyone here remembers a certain 4:36 delay for an official review in the Villanova playoff game in 2009. If the toe had dragged then we would have seen the pellets flying .......
