I remember as well. But the video would have been nicer if they showed Mark sticking somebody's shot up against the glass like he did so often. #DefensiveBeast

And when they rolled it at Scope. Maybe not first time. But they shut off the lights to feature the big. Lue beast coming out of the “box”. Lights would not come back on at Scope for a long time.

The lady who was in that spot was the well known actress/voice talent, Marty Terry. She has been in many commercials and TV shows all over the country. Still around too. One of the nicest people you could want to meet.

Not gonna lie, seeing Big Blue as an all-blue lion is kind of cool, even though he kinda looks like the pink panther in this video. I've only ever seen the really old all-blue Big Blue mascot where he had a huge head but never seen this one. Is there anywhere that documents his changes throughout the years? I would be interested in seeing that
