Those are the (Nippert Ring of Honor and UC Athletic Hall of Famer) Jack Lee era uniforms.

George Blackburn and for a year or so Chuck Studley. Gillman left in 1955, the uniforms during Gillman's days had gray pants IIRC. I have an elderly neighbor who played for Gillman and I'll confirm.

Helmets are definitely Gillman era. Maybe they never used that specific jersey combo until Blackburn.

They are specifically from 1957-62...

I think of all the throwbacks UA has put out so far, it's really between UC and Florida State for the best, and it ain't close after that. Also, I can't express enough how much our marketing staff deserve big raises if the reveal videos from other University's are their benchmark...

These are sick! I'd be open to these being permanent!

Correct. The jersey/pants were different. Here's one photo from Gillman era

Just curious... What's on the side of the helmet? Is it the "C-Paw"? The linked UC? Or just plain white? (Not meant as a criticism, just an honest question...)

According to "The Helmet Project" (http://nationalchamps.net/Helmet_Project/) the "1960" helmet had the red and black stripe but was white with no logo. (There is no rendering before 1960 on that site...) So that would be consistent and make sense.
