Zeke hasn’t played in preseason games the last 3 years. Doubt if big games by anyone else in preseason has an impact yet.

This is different though. Zeke is holding out and playing hard ball. Big stakes.

Yeah, I'm watching and TP gets the first 2 touches of the game - one on the kickoff and one on the handoff.

The announcer is TERRIBLE though and doesn't figure out it's TP until he has carried it about 3 times.

Those 2 guys sound like they found them at the corner bar about 3 hours before kickoff and this is the 1st time they’ve ever called a game

How can you be that bad and get that gig? I think it's the local 49ers guys, but still. That's a major market. I used to do radio and I swear it's not hard to know who is getting carries - and I didn't have a producer in my ear.

He played starter minutes, which means I don't think he finished the second drive. After that, he was on the bench... which more than surprised me.

Zeke has next to zero true leverage in this fight. Dallas has him locked up under contract for the next four years if they want. Unless he comes way down on what he wants, I don't see him getting it. All the better for Pollard. I don't think it would be a massive loss, big but not massive.

I wouldn’t give him a dime more. If he chooses to sit out for 4 years paying big fines then let him.
