UTSA at LSU in 2020
Quote:SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will open the 2020 season with a nonconference game at LSU, officials from both schools announced this week.

The Roadrunners will face the Tigers for the first time on Sept. 5, 2020, at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La. It will mark the program's third game against a member of the Southeastern Conference, as UTSA will play Texas A&M for the second time this fall.

The SEC West loves to keep the lights on for CUSA West teams.

Blazers won in Baton Rouge. We beat them when Saban was their coach.
The Tide won’t play us in Basketball or football.
That’s ok. We are 1-0 vs their basketball team and
1-0 vs their future Hall of Fame coach.
I know many Tide fans don’t like it when I educate them.

I'm sure you are providing great education to Tide fans. They would pat you on the head if they could.

The more games CUSA West plays against the SEC West, the better imo. Sure is nice pub when we pull a dubbya on one of them.

The better schedule we play P5 teams the better for us & conference. We also play Illinois & Houston, Texas for a long time& Texas St. all big Attendance game. Especially Houston & Texas St. obviously not playing LSU & UT at home but they are National Broadcast games.

Yup UNT beat Ark,although they were 0-8 in conference & finanished 2-10 with wins against- East Illinois & Tulsa. Who both won only 3 games, against very bad teams. Such as Central Ark, Ark Beat Tulsa, Tulsa lost to a 1 win UConn, Arkham’s beat Portland St, and east Ill , and Florida A&M & of corse UNT for their wins.

Southern Miss beat Kentucky (who still went bowling) three years ago too.

RE: UTSA at LSU in 2020
UTSA is going to make some serious money over next 8 years;

Texas A&M In 2019- UTSA will be paid 1.3 million
Baylor in 2019 - UTSA paid 700k
Army in 2019- UTSA paid 650k

2020-
Baylor in 2020 - UTSA paid 700k
Memphis in 2020- UTSA Paid 400k
Army West Point in 2020- UTSA paid 650k

2021- so Far University of Texas Longhorns average game paid to UTSA is 1.7 Million for 5 years straight. Which is basically 9 million bucks and free advertising.
2021- LSU looks to be also on the schedule or in negotiations. Each game UTSA will receive on average 1 million to 1.1 million for 5 years.

All in all UTSA is looking at close to 15-18 million over 6 years. Or over 20 million if we get LSU to sign

No year for at Army has been announced. 2020 is full

LSU is 2020 not 2021.

Army is paying UTSA for a game in San Antonio?

And paying the same amount for that game as for a return game at West Point?
