The guy said anyone that ordered parking passes after the season tickets (so anyone with Silver or Gold parking, because they don't allow ordering that online) didn't get their parking. They said it will be available at Will Call at some point, but they don't have them organized yet. I'll likely have to pick them up a day or two before the Ole Miss game, since I'll be on vacation.

He also said he doesn't know why I didn't get game passes with my season tickets, but I'm just assuming that no one that ordered club level or suite tickets got free ones.

I hope this new AD gets some of these issues ironed out...

Yeah... they said they'd put my parking passes in Will Call, but they will inevitably try to ship them to my house while I'm at Panama City Beach...

I had to call to order my gold lot parking passes
You would think the online default would be what you had last year
Maybe they had to check your donation

We are suppose to get a penny bobble head and my wife went by normal to pick it up and they said they had to mail it to us, trying to save them postage

Got my tickets yesterday! I ordered my tan lot parking pass by phone last week. The lady said I had to come down to the athletic office to pick up. They will not mail tan lot passes because they are not numbered.

Got my entire package yesterday. Blue Lot Rules!

I do know they they’ve had at least one major screwup each year for the past several years... It usually involves me having to make a special trip (sometimes two) to the AOB.

I went 32 plus years and missed 4 home games total between football and basketball home games not counting most Conference Tournaments here and away. So I’ve had probably more experience with the ticket mess than you; and I refused to talk to Bowen. We finally have a real AD now.

i received separately my 901 cards, hospitality passes and bumper stickers
