“Sad to see so many San Antonians as 2019 maximum donors to Donald Trump,” the congressman wrote, proceeding to name local businesses whose owners gave the maximum to Trump’s campaign. Eleven of the 44 donors shown in Rep. Castro’s post listed their employment as “retired.”

Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh is demanding Castro delete the post.

“Democrats want to talk about inciting violence? This naming of private citizens and their employers is reckless and irresponsible. He is endangering the safety of people he is supposed to be representing,” Murtaugh told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“No one should be targeted for exercising their First Amendment rights or for their political beliefs. He should delete the tweet, apologize, and his brother’s campaign should disavow it,” Murtaugh added.

Why would he do this if he did not want someone to ‘punish’ them? Democrats are evil and I predict none will disavow him and his hate.

The intern has initially been charged with 18 USC § 119 Making Public Restricted Personal Information. However, this federal law only applies to narrow categories of individuals, including:

any officer or employee of the United States or of any agency in any branch of the United States Government (including any member of the uniformed services);
jurors, witnesses, or other officer in or of, any court
informants or witnesses in a Federal criminal investigation or prosecution;
a State or local officer or employee whose restricted personal information is made publicly available because of the participation in, or assistance provided to, a Federal criminal investigation by that officer or employee

I think its just gathering public information in one place.

If they are threatening harm, then it is a felony. But it isn't clear that is what he is doing.

Reminder that dems want to implement a federal gun registry along with their plan for universal background checks.

Imagine what they would do with that info, given the precedent they just set of doxxing their political opponents.
