Dandridge is going to be a beast inside if (seems the coaches are trying to convince him) he accepts a role of rebounding, defense and garbage baskets along with a few wide open 12-14’ jumpers.

Strong enough to body up good post players. His ball handling is not good-had 11 turnovers vs the Cali team with both Mobleys playing. Hung with them everywhere except trying to make tough outlet passes and got stripped after rebounds. Don’t think he will be bringing the ball down court in so called position less basketball but we really need him on D.

I expect Dandridge will redshirt. It may depend on whether Stokes gets a waiver to play this year.

Probably why Penny is interested in Stokes from the get-go. Maybe he expects a Dandridge red shirt.

My understanding is if Stokes is even signed, it’s for 20-21 unless Dandridge doesn’t recover from his injuries as expected. Heard that Staff’s concensus is that Dandridge is a better player with much more upside than Stokes. We will be thin inside next season if we lose Wiseman, Precious and Maurice as expected. This all makes sense to me.

Unless the prognosis on Malcolm Ds injury has been changed (and I haven’t seen or heard it if it has), there ain’t no way in hell Stokes will play in front of Dandridge.

We need Dandridge this year.
