No. I've yet to see an Amendment to the Constitution that states flying on an aircraft is a right.

No. I've yet to see an Amendment to the Constitution that states flying on an aircraft is a right.
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The right to travel is a part of the 'liberty' of which the citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment.
Bottom line, you don't have to have a right specifically enumerated in the Constitution in that way. I would think you would know that.
There's nothing that specifically affirms our right to drive cars either, but we don't put up with (or shouldn't anyway) ridiculous security theater to drive across the country.

No one is restricting your right to travel. You are free to travel anywhere you'd like.
But if you are going to fly you are going to be searched. Don't want to be searched? Use one of the many other means of travel available.

To me, Harris is one of the least likable candidates in the Democrat Field - she right up there with Warren. Too much grandstanding and photo-op-ing and not enough governing for me.
She kinda reminds me of Ted Kennedy in how she asks questions and makes statements looking like she is disgusted with the person she is addressing and coming off as holier than thou - when we know a lot of their dirty laundry. Watching her question Kavanaugh reminded me of watching TK question Clarence Thomas back in the day....
Sitting in Judgement of others when you screwed your way up the ladder or drowned your girlfriend kinda stinks of hypocrisy.
I missed the one about the girlfriend, please share.

Wow. I'm 38, and I didn't think there was anyone in my generation or older that is unfamiliar with Ted Kennedy and the fate of his girlfriend. No slight intended here Joey, just curious of your age. I do understand that as the years go on and we are further and further separated from the days of "Kennedy Camelot" the information surrounding their history and dealings falls into the dust bins of history. That's a fairly big piece of the history pie to be uninformed on though.
My bad, when I read the post, I thought it said slept her way to the top and killed her girlfriend. I am educated about Teddy.

To me, Harris is one of the least likable candidates in the Democrat Field - she right up there with Warren. Too much grandstanding and photo-op-ing and not enough governing for me.
