The 2 documents to look at are the employment agreement between the university and Penny, and the sponsorship agreement between the firm and the university rights holder.

If one is involved, both are. Maybe silent. Maybe the deal maker. Am I the only one seeing the $$ involved are not the type contracts that Penny does? Given the huge annual payment by Nike and expected raise of $2-3M a year on his Tiger coaching contract. That doesn’t count the bulk of his income.
