EMU in the NFL
Looks like there are only four former EMU players in NFL camps right now.

POC - Bucs
Crosby - Raiders
Jackson - Cowboys
Wylie - Chiefs

Sergio Bailey was let go by the Bucs in May - hope he can find a place somewhere, assuming he's fully healed

Idk where POC is on the Bucs depth chart but the other 3 are in ok/decent positions.

Maxx will get playing time. Won't start but the Raiders fans seem to be impressed by him so far. Darius Jackson is behind Ezekiel Elliot...but Elliot is currently holding out. The longer that goes, the better for D-Jax. Wylie had a great year starting 10 games for the 12-4 Chiefs. He could see less time this year with Duvernay-Tardiff coming back from injury but he should still factor in.

Sounds like Maxx broke his hand last night. Hopefully it doesn’t keep him out too long. Tweeted that he’s good.

He got it casted and came back and played with the club. Got lots of screen time on the 2nd episode.

4-6 weeks to heal, may need a plate, but can play with the club.

RE: EMU in the NFL
a little off topic but I did learn a little about Kyle Rachwal. Apparently Kyle had a really bad agent. By the time he realized it and changed agents (only to find there was 4-5 teams interested) it was too late for the draft. He was smart enough to realize that only 1-2% of players make it so he moved on with his life outside of football and is doing well.

He is a first class young man, I am certain he will succeed in whatever he endeavors to do outside of football.

I hope he gives it another try. I consider his potential comparable to POC, Wylie, etc.

POC is up to 290 lbs and has moved inside to the 3 technique spot. Got a sack last week. Might have found his best position at the NFL level in order to keep the dream alive and the paychecks coming. Will see soon if it's good enough to secure a 53 man roster spot. I believe 3 years is the limit for practice squad, so that may be a final option as well. Great guy.....hope everything falls into place for him.

Great college player and an undeniable winner. Learning a new position with the Steelers of which he will eventually be very good. Will be on the practice squad as he gets experience at FB. Sutton Smith is great. He's going to have a nice career. Hey how about Brogan Roback! He lasted 2 weeks longer than YOU did with the Steelers. 03-lmfao
