MyBB C-USA Basketball: Oklahoma @ North Texas
The Sooners will travel to Denton to face the Mean Green at the Super Pit on December 5th. The Denton Record Chronicle is reporting that McCasland is also looking for one more high profile opponent to fill the last opening on UNT's 2019 schedule.

Bring home the scalp for our conference and prove your worth in MBB! Your football worth is undeniable.

While North Texas basketball is not the class of C-USA... not yet anyway, we are certainly not a bottom feeder either. I'd place us around the middle of the pack in C-USA basketball right now, and showing signs of improving. UNT has posted back to back 20 win seasons, won the CBI in 2018, and beat a usually solid New Mexico team at the Pit last season. Getting a program like Oklahoma @ home is just more evidence North Texas is headed in the right direction. In short, I think there are other teams that might need to "prove their worth" on the court more than UNT.

Only invites and wins in the Dance and NIT count. CBI...never heard of her. Get that W against OU and prove your worth as top tier in the conference. And stop scheduling HS/DII teams other than an exhibition tune-up.
