All University of Toledo football fans are welcome to attend the Alumni Association pregame party, where UToledo President Sharon L. Gaber and our cheerleaders will join us in a tent outside Kroger Field from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31.

We are also offering a bus trip that will transport our alumni and friends to the game and pregame party. The cost of the bus trip includes bus rental, parking, driver tip, your game ticket, the pregame party, boxed lunches to and from Lexington and hotel accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn for Friday night.

Here are the available options:

Pregame Party Only
$30 per person
For those who have their game tickets and plan to travel to Lexington on their own

Bus Trip
$265 per person based on double occupancy, $335 based on single occupancy
Includes your game ticket, bus trip, parking, driver tip, pregame party, two boxed lunches and hotel accommodations

Bus Trip & Pregame Party Only (No Game Ticket)
$216 per person based on double occupancy, $282 based on single occupancy
Includes the bus trip, parking, driver tip, pregame party, two boxed lunches and hotel accommodations

Game Tickets Only
Call the University of Kentucky Athletic Ticket Office at 800.928.2287 and ask for tickets in Section 12 or 13

The menu for the pregame party is:
- Chicken and waffles
- Gouda biscuits with country ham, pimento cheese and jalapeño peach jam
- Fruit kabobs
- Cheese grits
- Cinnamon rolls
- Tea, lemonade and water

Our bus will depart from UToledo’s Scott Park Campus at 3 p.m. from parking Area 21 on Friday, Aug. 30. Please click here for a map of the Scott Park Campus. We anticipate returning to campus at approximately 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31. Because the Alumni Association is contractually bound for bus rental, facility rental and catering charges, we will unfortunately be unable to provide refunds for any cancellations. No exceptions.

Bus space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A total of 50 seats are available. The pregame party is limited to the first 200 reservations, which includes the 50 bus seats. Bus trip and pregame party reservations will be accepted until capacity is reached.
