People in South Florida are definitely artificial, from the wannabe model 20 somethings of South Beach, to the Alien vs. Predator 80 somethings of Boca Raton. Last time I was in Boca I lost count of the 80+ year old women with full facial reconstruction surgery, designer clothing, and strollers equipped with 2+ miniature dogs.

They also do not go to FAU.

Ours is 300k sqft with 2 Basketball courts and many other random amenities.

We are also building this 44 million dollar RACE complex with one indoor football field and next door the outside one. It looks like it is going to be extremely modern & cool.
