If you'd rather it be on the sleeve you could get this one. Then it would be on the sleeve and chest...

Wait. Why does a shirt cost $80?

They are paying UC $5m a year plus the retailer usually gets at least 50% markup.

Under Armour has always loved to put their dumb*** logo on the sleeves or the back of the neck, but this year they've pushed all their chips into the center of the table and are now featuring their logo right below UC's. Two logos, the same size.
I shouldn't be complaining, they are saving me money. It takes a lot to dissuade me from blowing money on a new Bearcat polo but they sure managed to do it.
While i'm at it, their hats stink too.
I miss adidas' hats. The adidas polos were nothing to write home about but they'd still age better than this hokey stuff UA puts out. Nike is king.
Rant over.
If your link is correct, it took me to the 2018 shirt. Here's what I saw for 2019 recently at Dick's. It's solid black with a single white and red stripe horizontally across the chest and the C-Paw alone on the chest with the UA logo on the sleeve. I like this one:

You are right..I would wear that.

I like the gear. I agree with the opinion that the C-paw over the UA symbol looks a little weird but I like the shirt. I just don't like $80 for a polo.

Side note, why do the jerseys all have #5 on them?
Checked the roster, 5 = Darrick Forrest/Tavion Thomas.

Those ua polos are cheaper on fanatics. $54.99 and not $85. There is a slight difference in the design though. Three is no dotted lines on it.

actual numbers would mean the University is profiting off of kids likenesses without paying them(which nobody wants to see, right?), so to avoid the appearance of impropriety they only make #1, #5, and #99

Must be a recent change. I suspected profiting off their likeness was the reasoning.

You can buy UC gear made by any manufacturer or clothing company. You can buy UC gear made by Nike, Adidas, Champion, Gildan, Jansport etc.

They need to release the throwback baseball hats already. They create a buzz like the basketball throwbacks and then totally blow the opportunity to capitalize by waiting too long to sell them.

I love UC but their licensing department has no clue whatsoever. I get trying to protect your brand but the decisions they make on when to allow their logos to be used or not be used just boggle my mind. That department needs a change of philosophy in the worst way.

I have been saying this for a while too. Combine this with a rebrand and we might be onto something.
On the Under Armour issue their lateness is a killer at retail. Dillard’s in Kenwood as a wall of Ohio State nike tees, nothing for UC. Macy’s has the new Ohio State and Bengals Nike gear, nothing new for UC. Under Armour is always the last major apparel company to release their merchandise. It’s typically limited in options when compared to Nike or Adidas teams. Add in UC’s reluctance to open up licensing program to a variety of local apparel makers or smaller brands and you get back to school shopping weekend where the majority of new gear out there is Buckeyes and Bengals.
Even online options at Fanatics are limited compared to other teams, Rallyhouse is off UC’s campus but still in the area, outside of the new football jersey I haven’t seen anything new pop up online. Lids is basically dead online, fanatics took them over. Want lids gear, Macy’s website is where to find it.
In my view UC isn’t ready for this new world of retail consolidation. Getting your product out to people is huge. Making sure your licensed your product multiple makers is huge so your online catalog on fanatics is well stocked. Being associated with homage is a win, but what about the other local/indy apparel makers. Cincy shirts, clothe ohio, rivertown inkery, where i’m from, and few others might be worth taking a shot.

Bolded, noticed this too walking through Dillard's Kenwood last weekend. Bearcat fans should always make a point of asking, "Where's your UC gear?" I actually did ask (in a nice way) and the sales clerk was bewildered and said the OSU stuff had just come in and UC's should be in soon. So I don't know if that is an UnderArmour issue or a Dillard's issue. But demand is a wonderful thing in the marketplace so we all need to keep asking.
UC is light years ahead of where they have been in the past on getting licensed merchandise to market but there's plenty of room for improvement. So, for instance, fans who want the new football jersey or coach's polo, want it now with the season opener just weeks away. And it's demoralizing to see racks of scarlet and gray and no red and black at Cincinnati's premier mall.

The sales associates have nothing to do with what is stocked. You need to hit up the store manager or go online so that their corporate purchaser knows that you want UC gear.
