Forte appears to really be into Charlotte. We shall see.

We shall see. Also former Thompson HS DT McKenzie McNeal is available at a JuCo so I think we will be fine. Like the young DT we actually offered up in Memphis. Happy to be back in Georgia.

Why not take both I doubt Perry is a DT, jack or possible TE with the basketball background he has.

Perhaps offer Perry a chance to play both defense and offense. Jack and TE. Maybe sign him with Ehsan and let him play power forward also. Would be fun. And very hard.

He hasn’t committed as far as I can tell, but he did send this tweet:

That guy really gets after the runner, quick and hits hard.

Because of abuses by football coaches in the past, the NCAA ruled that players who sign scholarships for other sports cannot play football. A player on a FB scholarship can play other sports, but not the other way around. Trivia note: Arnold Palmer played golf at Wake Forest while on a football scholarship.

Forte is now listed as a hard commitment to UAB on 247 Sports.

True. Havent seen any other confirmation.

But if true can you imagine a Dline with Penn, Forte, Perry, Moultrie and McWilliams in 2021? Not to mention the LB and CB talent that is being stockpiled.

:)

Really, I just want to be 18 again and put on the pads and slobberknock someone else. It was the only time in my life I could legally release all my aggression in public and be celebrated like a hero for leaving someone else unconscious. We werent aware of the impact of concussions back then, obviously. Just called it getting our bell rung.
