Love all the life-sized images of Rice players who went on to the majors. Would love for someone to post a short video that's a built more in-depth and shows them all sometime for us out-of-towners. Very nice job, Owls!

I hope the technology budget was bountiful, and that they have the best equipment out there to film, analyze and enhance swings.

We are Rice, dammit; we ought to have the best science that exists, for any sport.

Let everyone else have better free-weights and chin-up bars; I want the cutting edge stuff.

Spot on. If they go the technology route they need to be sure someone on staff (or possibly a student) understands what the data means and how to take they data and apply it to development and strategy. Best tool in the world are useless without understanding.
