Does any of this property affect land expected to one day be used for OCS?

Additional area apartment space is always good news for UAB since it means more potential "student dorm space" without the attendant building, maintenance and security costs for the school. Families who can afford the annually increasing costs of college may see the additional cost of such an apartment above dorm fee as worth it.
