Cohen’s lawyer Lanny Davis was complaining about this on Twitter this morning. Sad!

Michael Cohen has spent about 15 months trying to make Donald Trump’s life as unpleasant as possible. The legal/political result is yet *Another* “never mind” nothingburger, this time served up by the SDNY. The same SDNY that was supposed to save the day after the other nothingburgers served up by Robert Mueller and the Creepy Porn Lawyer. Cohen and CPL have probably come out of this worse off than anyone!
