TIBL Says Let's Talk QB's
North Texas and FIU are pretty set at QB of course. How does everyone else look?

The probable quarterback for MT to replace Brent is now on campus. Or at least I suspect this will be the guy.

6'5" 230 lb Randall Johnson

Unless he gets hurt it will be Sophomore Isiah Green for Marshall.

I think redshirt sophomore Chris Robison is the frontrunner for FAU QB job but he will have competition in camp.

Jack Abraham is expected to beat out Tate Whatley for the starting QB job at USM. Whatley is expected to be our short-yardage QB. Both are capable FBS QBs.

EITG asks if Charlotte has a new handle or if people on here are just posting in his language now?

I fully expect Steven Duncan to be our QB at WKU. We brought in Arkansas grad transfer Ty Storey (ironically we play @Arkansas this year), but the talk in Spring camp was that Duncan was our best option.

He will do fine if he’ll throw it to the right team.

RE: TIBL Says Let's Talk QB's
Tyler Johnston is definitely the man to beat at UAB. Last year we were a different team with him under center. His only loss in his high school and college football career as a starter was at Texas A&M. We have a really good back up behind him in Dylan Hopkins who I believe was a Mr Football in the state of Tennessee his senior year but he lacks in game experience.

I expect us to continue to use Whatley and Anderson in the wildcat in a bunch of goal-line/short yardage situations. Anderson is a beast! 6'2 242 RB 04-jawdrop

As has been the case the last several years, the Monarchs have no idea who the starting QB will be.
