Cumbie is a run oriented QB, with elite speed. Could be that the Buffalo offense is more attuned to that or, that they were more willing to give him the shot at playing QB.

Appears to have large hands for his size to go with his strong arm which reminds me of Drew Brees and Russell Wilson.

Just 2 years ago, Brannock was the workout partner for 5 star QB, Caleb Williams, who was the freshman sensation at Oklahoma last fall before following Lincoln Riley to USC. That association says alot.

Traditional pocket passer isn’t something our staff recruited very often. His hudl film shows he took a lot of licks and hung in there. What an arm and isn’t afraid to put the ball it tight spaces. HS WRs should want to play with this kid.

We may be changing things up a little with Taylor's offense, and that could be changing the types of QBs we recruit. It appears to be a lot more "normal" than the Go Go. His QBs didn't run a lot at San Diego.
