On TV every week, top-25 program, sending players to the NFL every year, etc., etc. We absolutely can and are competing with the lower tiered P5 teams! That’s all you can ask for.

Yep that television exposure along with getting Anthony Miller, Tony Pollard, and Darrell Henderson was huge for our program.

Memphis now #40 in the 247 Composite rankings. Next highest G6 is La Tech at 53. Last year we finished 67.

For a G5 school, they are killing it despite having an arm tied behind their back. They are competing very hard for 3-star players. Wish there was not this two-tier system with P5 having such a great advantage. There are about a dozen 4-star players in the Memphis area and as good as the staff is doing we just do not have a fair shot at these type players.
Think we could end up in the mid-50s by signing day after the rest of the top 300 make their decisions and the flips are taken into account.

These are the type of players we get a shot at......us and Austin Peay.
