I believe we also have return games to Drexel and Boston U, while we should host Northeastern. We may also play at UDM.

Looks like our schedule if filling up quickly (the hour is getting late for OOC scheduling).

Assume 3 or 4 non-D-I game, based on history.

I really wish we could host a MAC vs Horizon League showcase.
Or play it at LCA.

Each team could get at least two games in a weekend.

I agree. We could do an exempt tourney.

Last time I checked Google maps, most of the schools are in what a one or two hour drive from our Convo. I could also see this tourney in Toledo. Little further away for many schools but attendance would be better.

"Midwest Classic" would be a good name.

I would do a three year rotation among EMU, Oakland, and Toledo. Or, even four year rotation with UDM hosting one year in four.

Love the idea of the tourney

I've always felt there should be more Horizon-MAC match ups. I'd rather see EMU playing Clev St or IUPFW then Madonna and Sienna. Just trade home games and make them zero payout for the opponent. Make it a financial wash.

Also noticed that UM doesn't play any other schools from MI. Makes it easier to dislike them even more.

Interesting. We are NOT on the Boston U schedule. I guess that game was only part of the tourney with no return game guaranteed.

Can't be at two different events at the same time. If one scrolls down they show six teams, and Eastern isn't one of them, for the Jamaica Classic. There are two openings for their eight team tournament.

Mine clearly shows EMU. It is correct.

I'm not sure about the two places, same time. Jamaica is a week before the UC-Irvine game.

I could have swore that the dates I saw for the Jamaica Tourney had the November 30, date. When I checked your last entry for it steve, it was different from when I checked earlier. Oh well, they are different dates. No problem.
