11 Miami
12 Pitt

14 FSU

Cuse had arguably the best Special Teams in College Football last year. Little dropoff is expected ths year. Georgia Tech is surprising at #2. Louisville is my darkhorse pick.

I doubt FSU will be last in the conference in special teams.
