1. App at Michigan 2007
2. Troy at LSU 2017
3. Georgia Southern at Florida 2013
4. ULM at Alabama 2007
5. Troy at Nebraska 2018
6. ULM at Arkansas 2012
7. Missouri at Troy 2004
8. Oklahoma State at Troy 2007
9. San Diego State at South Alabama 2016
10. South Alabama at Mississippi State 2016

If we're counting losses, Troy's close lose at #2 Clemson would probably rank somewhere 7 to 9 on this list.

If you are looking at media coverage, I imagine that ULM over Arkansas got much more air time that Troy/Nebraska. Arkansas was #8 (overranked) and had a Heisman candidate at QB. They had fired Petrino so all eyes were there to see what was going on. That was a huge story and continued on into the next week's Gameday, showing the "Shock in Little Rock" t-shirts.

Maybe. My remembrance of it didn't seem to be that big, likely because of the ineptitude of interim coach John L. Smith. It would have been a much bigger story had it been a Petrino led Arkansas team.

As far as Troy / Nebraska, it was what lead to the Sports Illustrated article. It was helped largely by beating LSU the year before, but the Nebraska win rekindled the "Giant Slayer" narrative for Troy.
