ESPN? There are hundreds of other better college football resources out there. Stay away from that nonsense.

You clearly have to be in their pocket for them to promote you.

This was abundantly clear in their change in rhetoric with regard to Big East basketball after it left ESPiN.

CUSA has no one else to blame but themselves. We could have gone with ESPN and been fine, but we chose CSTV and the rest is history. We continue to lose traction and be lost in the media scramble. What an idiotic move to go with CSTV.

Who were the teams in CUSA when those decisions were made?

If we finish 3-9 there better be a new coach in Norfolk for 2020. Sad thing is, its a fair prediction. Even sadder, there are 2 CUSA teams behind ODU.

Pretty much. The year we went 10-3 we were predicted to go 6-6 so who knows. But this season everyone agrees is **** or get off the pot year. I really like Wilder so I really hope the new coaching talent can come in and get things moved up a fee notches, and from my chair he learn to get out of their way. Too much untapped potential for this team and area to rally around us, even tho he earned a fairly long leash per say.

Uncle Matt and ESPN both ranked CUSA’s best team as #70. I wonder which one is copying the other’s homework?

LOL, so all those schools you listed above gave ESPN the middle finger and inked a 15M+ per year year deal with CBS in 2014? So the newbies did bring dollars to the conference!

Bingo

Yeah but we were choosing Fox, not CSTV. CSTV was a different tier like beIN or whatever. Fox was making a push to add college ball and compete with ESPN. It wasn't a bad idea at the time to explore the offer. In hindsight it was a horrible idea as Fox dropped college ball and we had to scramble for any network coverage.
