Funny jokes ... if I was hearing them told at my Friday night poker games. Here on a public forum, they somehow don't seem quite as funny.

This is what happens when you start clipping around the edges trying to control "free speech" …first no hate speech, then no speech that might offend, then no speech someone doesn't like.

Just last week a dem congresswoman (Jackson Lee I think) said that speech critical of political representatives should be prosecuted...of course speech critical of the president shouldn't be prosecuted or the entire crazy left would be under indictment.

Whatever happened to "I may not like what you have to say but I will defend to the death your right to say it"...that includes hate speech, offensive speech, etc.
