Ain't gonna happen.

Most of coaches' compensation comes from the big boosters...only a small portion is actually a direct university cost.

Worst case scenario is that the university-paid portion could be somewhat equalized...what boosters decide to fork over is their own business outside the control of any government entity.

Doesn't matter, all it takes is one activist judge to turn everything around. We have seen many times this past two years that many judges do not worry about the rule of law and base their rulings on their personal beliefs. I have no doubt that there will be a judge who will rule in favor of the USWNT players in their lawsuit.

I think $240K is about 3 times what she is worth, if the market was dictating her pay.

My neighbor in Atoka is the goalie coach for the Memphis women's soccer team. The team generates no or almost no revenue - games are free to the public. He lives in a very nice house. Kids go to private school (my son played soccer with his son), wife doesn't have to work. I mean, good for him, he's a nice enough guy. But is he paid too much?

You should stay out of other peoples pockets.

Do you know that is his only source of income?

Yep, can’t fault someone trying to make as much as possible. At least the women’s soccer team produces.

Yep.

Our underachieving women's basketball coach, who makes a comparable university-paid salary, and is under investigation, is coming to steal Penny's money from running his program
