Football is about the elements, snowflakes.

The only element keeping me from renewing my season tickets is the stupid drunk element.

I enjoyed several beers at the game but the stupid drunk behind me and his more drunk wife challenging me to a fight at the last game is too much for me.

I notified the stadium authorities who stepped in and said they would take us all to jail. The stadium manager apologized a couple days later but the university brushed me off saying they were too busy with basketball tickets.

My 87 year old father will be disappointed.

Believe drunk story.
Don’t believe your only remedy is walking away.
Skeptical that a university staffer actually told you they were too busy with BB tickets to address your problem.

So let me get this right. You "enjoyed several beers at the game" ( I'm assuming zero before? I've had my share of beer, several means too many to count).

"But the stupid drunk behind me and his more drunk wife challenging me to a fight" So you're smart drunk?

" stadium authorities who stepped in and said they would take us all to jail" Obviously they saw smart drunks and stupid drunks as equals.

"too busy with basketball tickets." That part is just BS..."Oh, you have a problem with getting in trouble at the Liberty bowl for fighting? "I'd be happy to help you except I am too busy selling basketball tickets?" Never happened.

Send me your email or stfu.

Having worked in the Athletic Office Building, it actually doesn't surprise me hearing that someone couldn't get back to you because they were busy with tickets...

I was at the University for 8 years, around three of which were in Athletics. I was there for the Calipari/Tommy West years, but left before C did. I didn't have any problems with RC... He liked me.

Once again a poster can put their thoughts up for all to see and yet can't take the response. Its sad that so many of us have become so self-absorbed that an idea contrary to their's is "dems fighting' words". STFU, 03-weeping

RE: Best Deal in College Football?
Does my TSF donation for basketball also include football season tickets if I wanted one of the chairback seats?

That would be a qualified YES. As long as your TSF donation exceeds the amount required for your basketball seats, + the required donation for the football seats, you would not have to donate more.

They're all booked from my understanding. My group was Row 12. Then, the couple we go with decided they'd like to move up higher (Row 40ish). Now that couple no longer purchases tickets and I can't move back down to my original seats.....or other seats with back.....becuase they're full. 03-hissyfit03-banghead

This is my second year getting club seats in the box, and they're totally sold out every year. Oddly enough, there are quite a few people whose seats aren't even together... I'm not sure why they don't just do a reseating for people willing to move, but I can't even sit with my family for the big games. (It's empty enough for the lesser games that we can move around if we want.)

RE: Best Deal in College Football?
That sounds like a really good deal. I hope we can fill up the stadium on the national games.
