Governor signs bill......
to allow the sale of beer and wine at sporting events on campus.

Governor signs bill......
I haven't seen the bill but will each campus have to make the decision to sell or not sell? I would think the administration & trustees would have to make the choice as to whether to be "wet" or "dry".
