Nice. There were rumblings about that transfer, but great to see it went through.

Bradshaw could be a major contributor in the coming years. I'm assuming he is immediately eligible and hope he can get the three years of eligibility.

RE: Recruiting class
As far as other incoming hoopers, we have some really nice recruits to look forward to:

https://athletics.bellarmine.edu/news/20...tball.aspx

https://athletics.bellarmine.edu/news/20...nings.aspx

I'm ready for the season to start now. Thelen, just to name one, is supposedly an athletic, dunker-type; his game differs from that of his excellent older brother, Jake.

And, speaking of Jake, he was amazing at Bellarmine and is on the staff at the University of Georgia; I can see Scotty's connections with him and Tom Crean getting us one or more games against UGA.

RE: Recruiting class
Y’all should hold your own but it’s going to be a pretty big step up now. Hopefully we will give y’all a proper D1 welcoming beatdown lol. UNA had a lot of success this year but beyond the top two it was a down year. Next year should be better.

Bellarmine is apparently interested in Ben Carroll, a 6"7" SF who's a rising senior at Greenwood (KY) HS:

RE: Recruiting class
Bellarmine recently snagged their first official D-I commitment: 6'3" sniper Ben Johnson (Lexington Catholic HS '21). Read where he supposedly had been in contact with Belmont, Miami (OH), Toledo, and Western Kentucky, among others.

BU has been fortunate to have had, over the years, many players who could've played low-to-mid D-I (and even a few (e.g., Braydon Hobbs, Tom Schurfranz, and Buddy Cox) who could've played high D-I), but it's cool to get the first official D-I commitment.

Some of Johnson's highlights:

Is the upcoming move to D1 ASUN helping with current recruiting?
I'm looking forward to BU in the ASUN.

There’s a 7’2 fan favorite Center transferring out from Liberty. Bellarmine should take a look at him. Brendan Newton

Is there a breakdown somewhere of Bellarmines incoming class we’ll face this fall and who is being receuited in the next class?

Yeah, think I saw your post about that and pondered how he might be a nice pickup for BU.

Not totally up-to-date as far as offers, but this at least used to be an informative site:

Per a fellow Knights fan ("KnightsTape") on the D-II board, I saw where BU is pursuing this kid:

RE: Recruiting class
The guy announced his intention to transfer to BU a while back, but today the university made it official:
https://athletics.bellarmine.edu/news/20...vault.aspx

Nice pickup. Time will tell, I suppose, whether he gets some sort of COVID-19 immediate eligibility.

He is immediately eligible. Any one who signs with BU before transition date to D1 is treated under D2 rules, according to an unofficial source in compliance office at BU.

Nice! Thanks. The other day (either on that morning show or the national title game rebroadcast), Scotty sounded as if DeVault would be playing sooner rather than later.

Think the Louisville one is Eli Roberts? His verbal commitment has been in the local news; I understand that he'll be a walk-on, but can see him contributing at some point.

I admittedly know nothing about this guy departing from IU, but seems he might be worth a look by Scotty and the staff:
